The proMASTERS Web-FINDEX enables you to identify in a matter of seconds whether or not substance "X" is included in the list of prohibited substances. Simply type the name of the substance into the search field (but make sure you enter the correct spelling). The answer will identify for you whether the substance is prohibited and to which group it belongs. Should the substance just be prohibited from administering during competitions, you have to make sure that a sufficient time period has elapsed between intake (outside of the competition) and the competition itself.
Not all groups of international banned substances include a complete list of all prohibited substances but only the collective name of. All prohibited substances are classified as "specific substances" except for those in the groups S1, S2, S4.4 and S6.a as well as the methods M1, M2 und M3. For that it is advisable not only to respect the stated substance but also the group it belongs to.
